Karen F. Silverman has nearly 30 years of litigation experience. From 1981 to 1994, Ms. Silverman practiced law at LaRossa, Mitchell & Ross, where she rose from a first-year associate to become the firm’s first female partner. Having worked beside well-known lawyers in high-profile civil and criminal cases, Ms. Silverman brought significant experience in federal trial and appellate litigation to the Firm when she joined it in 1994. Her superb written work, which has earned accolades from members of the judiciary, enables the Firm to deliver a consistently superior product.

Ms. Silverman attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison (B.A.1978, with Honors) and American University Washington College of Law (J.D.1981), where she received an award for Best Article in the Law Review, of which she was a member. She was admitted to practice in New York in 1982.
