Complex Commercial Transactions

We have handled numerous cases arising out of complex commercial transactions, including a case in federal court in which we represented a mezzanine lender involved in a $90 million acquisition of a hotel, a case in state court involving the acquisition of a landmark property and disputes over the interpretation of merger and acquisition agreements and asset transactions. We have also been retained by a public company to assist in a sensitive matter, the resolution of which materially increased the price of the company’s stock when it was acquired.
